The letter ح is different to the English ‘h’ and can be hard to distinguish between ح and ه. It is pronounced in a strong breathy way, like how you would breathe on a pair of spectacles to clean them. Pay close attention to the pronunciation of the examples to get the idea.

This is the hardest type of exercise here. Don’t agonise if you can’t do this, move quickly on to the answers. There are sometimes several sounds for the same letter like ‘a’ which has َ and ا and ة. So just give it your best shot! Or if it is too much, move on!
